Lesley has developed over a period of 30 years a portfolio of skills and experience within both a public sector, independent sector and also in an “overseas” arena. The underlying themes to these experiences are a focus on services for children and families, children looked after, children with special needs, multi-disciplinary assessment and care planning, Child Protection and Safeguarding, multi-disciplinary and inter agency working, contracting and commissioning, service and strategic analysis, project management, implementation and review and the involvement of service users.
